Tracking your letter
Your tracking link is in your confirmation email, and lives at the tracker. You can pull a fresh link there with your email address, no password.
Refunds and corrections
Full refund any time before your letter is mailed, no reason needed. If we introduce an error we re-mail it free or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. The whole policy is on the refund page.
