Before printing: full refund, no questions — email support@securitydepositdemandletters.com.
After printing/mailing: the letter cannot be recalled, so the fee is not refundable — but if the letter contains an error we introduced (wrong statute, wrong deadline, formatting failure), we will correct and re-mail it at no charge, or refund you in full if you prefer.
What we never do: refuse a refund because your landlord didn't pay. We sell the letter and its delivery, not the outcome, and our refund policy reflects that honestly.
