What we collect. The information you enter to prepare your letter (names, addresses, dates, deposit amounts, your description of events), your email, and payment metadata. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it. To prepare, print, and mail your letter; to email you the PDF, tracking, and deadline updates about your case; and to respond to support requests. With your consent, occasional related tips. We do not sell or rent your information, ever.
Who we share it with. Only service providers needed to deliver the product: Stripe (payment), our print-and-mail provider (your letter and the recipient address), and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs.
Retention. Case data is retained so we can re-send your letter and support you, and deleted on request — email us.
Your rights. Access, correction, and deletion requests: support@securitydepositdemandletters.com. State-specific rights (e.g., California, Texas data rights) will be honored per applicable law.
