Security Deposit Demand Letters (“we”) prepares security deposit demand letters from information you provide, and, where purchased, prints and mails them on your behalf. We are a document preparation service, not a law firm; we do not provide legal advice, representation, or opinions about your specific situation, and no attorney–client relationship is formed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including names, addresses, dates, and amounts. The letter is sent in your name and on your behalf. You confirm the facts you provide are true to the best of your knowledge; knowingly submitting false information to support a monetary demand may violate law.
You review and approve your letter before it is printed. Once you approve and the letter is printed, it cannot be recalled.
Fees are one-time and displayed before payment, processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We guarantee delivery of the service purchased, not any response, payment, or legal result. Statutory damages described on this site are ceilings courts may award, not promises.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed legal deadlines; you remain responsible for your own deadlines, including statutes of limitations.
By purchasing, you agree to receive transactional emails about your letter (delivery, tracking, deadline updates). You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
